Lucky Ducky Ventures manages DNS and forwards your domain to your approved website URL, while retaining domain ownership and DNS control.

Own-hosting and email DNS configurations are separate from standard website forwarding and require approved customer instructions. This does not include unlimited custom DNS, hosting or ongoing support.

Email-provider connection included.

Email subscriptions and mailboxes are purchased separately. Standard MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC DNS configuration is included at no extra charge, using your supported email provider’s instructions. Lucky Ducky Ventures retains domain ownership and DNS control.

This does not include mailbox hosting or unlimited ongoing IT support, and deliverability is not guaranteed. Email continuity at lease end requires explicit renewal or transition arrangements.

Who can lease a name?

Verified real estate brokerages, individual agents with brokerage approval, and legitimate property managers are eligible. Domain parking, resale and subleasing are prohibited.

Ready to forward before payment.

Your forwarding destination URL, business name and eligibility details are required before payment. Destination and eligibility are reviewed, and you confirm the validated URL before charging. You must supply the destination upfront; a paid lease cannot remain unstarted indefinitely.

The lease starts only when managed forwarding is successfully activated following verified payment. You will receive the exact start and end dates. Connecting an email provider is separate and does not delay the lease start.

Lucky Ducky Ventures retains registration and DNS control. The service provides a managed temporary redirect to the approved business website and redirect-visit reporting; it does not guarantee unique visitors, leads or search rankings.

Payment, cancellation and service remedies

Confirmed payment reserves exclusive inventory for your agreed term. After that reservation, there are no refunds for a change of mind, early cancellation, low traffic or problems with your own website. The service term begins only on successful forwarding activation.

If we cannot activate the agreed service, you receive a full refund. For our confirmed forwarding downtime, we restore service and extend the term by the downtime. If we cannot restore service, we provide a proportional refund for unused service. Applicable legal rights are unaffected.

A priority opportunity to renew

We notify you 30 days before expiry with the next term’s price. You have 14 days from that notice to accept and pay before the next-term offer goes to the waitlist. Your existing paid term remains exclusive through its end, even if you decline renewal. A replacement lessee will never be activated before that term ends.

There are no automatic renewal charges or guaranteed fixed renewal prices. Email continuity requires explicit renewal or transition arrangements.
